DPP APINDO South Kalimantan Visits PT Indofood: Strengthening Synergy and Commitment

Banjarmasin – As part of its work program, the Provincial Executive Board of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (DPP APINDO) South Kalimantan, led by Chairman Winardi Sethiono and accompanied by IBG Dharma Putra, Erni Wijayanti, and Rafiqah, paid a working visit to PT Indofood Sukses Makmur on Tuesday (Sept 16, 2025).
The APINDO delegation was warmly welcomed by Agung, Manager of PT Indofood, and Ferry, representing the HR department. Indofood expressed its appreciation for the restructuring, revitalization, and reform initiatives undertaken by DPP APINDO South Kalimantan. The company also reaffirmed its commitment to remain an active member and to participate in APINDO’s various programs and activities in the region.
During the meeting, APINDO Kalsel Chairman Winardi Sethiono outlined the organization’s strategic direction and initiatives aimed at enhancing services for local businesses.
APINDO Kalsel is targeting the development of a representative secretariat building, fully equipped with staff and supporting facilities, to ensure effective, efficient, and sustainable services.
Winardi also highlighted the importance of accountable governance, including a fair and mutually agreed membership contribution mechanism, transparent communication through gatherings and training sessions, as well as the effective use of social media.
“APINDO is committed to strengthening advocacy, legal assistance, complaint handling, and clear financial reporting so that membership contributions truly benefit the members,” he said.
In addition, DPP APINDO Kalsel recommended that PT Indofood participate in the upcoming Technical Strengthening on Industrial Relations Dispute Resolution event organized by the Ministry of Manpower, to be held in Banjarmasin.
