Apindo Boyolali Confirms 46 Member Companies Comply with 2026 Eid THR Payments
Sunday, 08 March 2026
Boyolali — The Boyolali chapter of the Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo) has confirmed that 46 of its member companies will comply with regulations governing the payment of the Religious Holiday Allowance (Tunjangan Hari Raya / THR) for Eid 2026.
Apindo Boyolali Chairman Imam Bakhri stated that THR payments will be made in accordance with government regulations, which require companies to pay the allowance no later than seven days before Eid.
“At my company, PAN Brothers Group, the THR payment is scheduled for March 13, 2026,” Imam told Espos on Sunday (March 8, 2026).
He noted that, so far, there have been no reports of Apindo member companies planning to pay THR in installments to their employees.
According to Imam, although global conditions are currently marked by international conflicts, the impact on companies in Boyolali has not yet been felt.
However, he expressed concern about potential future effects, particularly regarding reports of a possible closure of the Strait of Hormuz, which could disrupt fuel supply.
“If fuel reserves decline, it could certainly disrupt mobility and increase production costs,” he said.
He hopes the conflict will be resolved soon so that it does not affect industrial activities.
Meanwhile, the Regional Board of the Konfederasi Serikat Pekerja Nusantara (KSPN) in Boyolali has opened a THR complaint post for workers.
KSPN Boyolali Chairman Wahono said the post will operate from ten days before Eid until one day before the holiday to receive reports from workers regarding THR payments.
“We have opened the THR complaint post for all workers in Boyolali, not only KSPN members,” Wahono said.
He explained that as of Friday (March 6, 2026), there had been no reports related to THR payment issues.
Nevertheless, he reminded companies to comply with the regulation requiring THR payments to be made no later than seven days before Eid.
Wahono added that companies failing to comply with THR regulations may face a 5 percent penalty as well as administrative sanctions under Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 8 of 2016.
If violations are reported, KSPN will first attempt mediation with the company. If no agreement is reached, the case may be referred to the government or resolved through legal channels.
