Rudy Cahyanto Leads APINDO Pati, Pledges to Strengthen Synergy Between Business and Government

PATI, CENTRAL JAVA — Rudy Cahyanto has been elected Chairman of the Pati Regency Board of the Indonesian Employers Association (DPK APINDO Pati) for the 2026–2031 term.
His appointment was formalized during a reorganization and inauguration ceremony held at Hotel New Merdeka in Pati on Thursday, October 15, 2026.
The event also marked the formal handover of leadership from outgoing chairman Agus Setiawan to Rudy Cahyanto.
The ceremony was attended by the Assistant II to the Pati Regional Secretary, representing the Acting Regent of Pati, who also delivered the keynote address; representatives of the Central Java Provincial Board of APINDO (DPP APINDO Jawa Tengah), who inaugurated the new management team; the Head of the Pati Regency Manpower Office; and representatives of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) Pati.
"We hope the new leadership will strengthen collaboration among employers, labor unions, and the government, foster a conducive business climate, encourage investment, and expand employment opportunities in Pati," said Rudy Cahyanto, Chairman of DPK APINDO Pati for the 2026–2031 term.
The newly appointed leadership is expected to reinforce cooperation among businesses, labor unions, and the government to create a more favorable business environment, attract investment, and generate more employment opportunities across Pati Regency.
"Under the spirit of 'United Entrepreneurs, Advancing Indonesia,' APINDO Pati is committed to strengthening business competitiveness and contributing to regional economic growth," Rudy said.
