Palu – Beijing YingTai International, a company based in Beijing, People’s Republic of China, has officially forged two strategic partnerships in Central Sulawesi. The signing ceremony took place on Friday (Sept 19, 2025) in Palu, involving the Provincial Executive Board of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (DPP APINDO) Central Sulawesi and the Indonesian Chinese Social Association (PSMTI) Central Sulawesi.

The partnership with APINDO focuses on investment initiatives, business advocacy, and support for the organization’s programs. Meanwhile, the agreement with PSMTI centers on managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in the areas of social welfare and education.

Wijaya Chandra, Chairman of APINDO Central Sulawesi, described the partnership as a crucial step toward strengthening the local business ecosystem while unlocking new investment opportunities.

“APINDO is committed to serving as a bridge between investors and local businesses, including MSMEs. With Beijing YingTai’s support, we aim to build a healthy, competitive, and widely beneficial business ecosystem for the people of Central Sulawesi,” he said.

Tong Da Zhong, President Director of Beijing YingTai International, emphasized the company’s confidence in the region’s potential.

“Our collaboration with APINDO will serve as the gateway for our investments. We are not only focused on business, but also on human capital development and policy advocacy to support the business climate,” he stated.

In the social sphere, Beijing YingTai is partnering with PSMTI to manage CSR programs based on principles of transparency and accountability. Wijaya Chandra, who also serves as Chairman of PSMTI Central Sulawesi, believes the collaboration will expand the reach and impact of PSMTI’s social initiatives.

“We want to ensure that CSR programs truly benefit communities, especially in education and humanitarian efforts. The involvement of Beijing YingTai will strengthen our efforts,” he explained.

Tong Da Zhong added that CSR is an integral part of the company’s sustainability vision.

“We believe good business is business that benefits both society and the environment,” he affirmed.

Through its partnerships with APINDO and PSMTI, Beijing YingTai International seeks to build a strategic presence in Central Sulawesi. This synergy is expected to drive a new wave of investment while advancing inclusive and sustainable social development in the region.
