Kukar Regional Secretary’s Assistant Attends Inauguration of DPK APINDO Kukar Management

TENGGARONG, East Kalimantan – Assistant I to the Regional Secretary of Kutai Kartanegara (Kukar) Regency, Akhmad Taufik Hidayat, attended the inauguration of the management of the Kutai Kartanegara Regency Leadership Council (DPK) of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) for the 2026–2031 term at the Grand Elty Singgasana Hotel in Tenggarong on Thursday (September 3, 2026).

The inauguration ceremony began with the reading of the decree on the new management, followed by the handover of the organization’s standard and the signing of the official inauguration minutes.

The Kukar Regional Government reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening collaboration with the business community to promote regional economic growth. Akhmad Taufik Hidayat conveyed the message while reading a speech on behalf of Kukar Regent Dr. Aulia Rahman Basri.

Akhmad Taufik Hidayat congratulated the newly inaugurated management and urged them to carry out their respective mandates, duties and functions responsibly. He also emphasized APINDO’s important role as a strategic partner of the regional government in creating a conducive investment climate, advancing the MSME sector, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations in the region.

“The Regional Government extends its appreciation and congratulations to all the newly inaugurated management members. The government cannot build the economy on its own. We need APINDO to provide strategic input, create new employment opportunities, and work together to formulate policies that benefit both employers and workers,” he said.

Taufik further emphasized that APINDO plays a highly strategic role as an organization representing the business community, as well as a critical and strategic partner of the Regional Government.

According to him, APINDO is not merely an association representing the business sector, but also an important instrument for maintaining the stability and dynamics of the local economy. As development continues to accelerate, economic challenges are becoming increasingly complex, requiring close synergy and collaboration between the private sector and government.

“This inauguration marks the beginning of a new chapter in tripartite synergy between the government, employers and workers to promote inclusive economic growth while fostering harmonious industrial relations.

“Through this momentum, the new management is expected to translate its vision and strategic role into concrete action as a government partner by providing constructive input and safeguarding the sustainability of the business sector in Kutai Kartanegara Regency,” he said.

Taufik also expressed hope that the Regional Wage Council forum would help ensure that wage and employment policies are formulated objectively, rationally and transparently while accommodating the interests of all stakeholders.

He said the Regional Government was ready to serve as a facilitator and provide guidance so that the Wage Council could perform its functions optimally, uphold the principles of fairness, and maintain a conducive investment climate in Kukar.

Meanwhile, newly inaugurated DPK APINDO Kukar Chairman Agung Hasanudin expressed his readiness to lead the organization in a more progressive direction. The new management is committed to focusing on strengthening the local business climate, building the capacity of businesspeople, and maintaining regional economic resilience amid global challenges.

Also accompanying Assistant I to the Kukar Regional Secretary at the event was Acting Head of the Kukar Regency Transmigration and Manpower Office (Distransnaker), Dendy Irwan Fahriza.

The event, which was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, concluded with a group photo session and congratulatory messages from stakeholders, leaders of regional-owned enterprises (BUMDs), community leaders, and representatives of business associations in attendance.
