Boosting Organizational Performance, DPK APINDO Bengkalis Holds Inaugural Working Meeting
Saturday, 27 September 2025
DURI – The Regional Board of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (DPK APINDO) Bengkalis held its first Regional Working Meeting (Rakerda) for 2025 and 2026 at the Amadeo Hotel meeting room on Hangtuah Street, Mandau District, Friday (September 26, 2025).
The Rakerda, attended by all Heads of Divisions and Members, was officially opened by the Chairman of APINDO Bengkalis, M. Arsya Fadillah, accompanied by Secretary Muhammad Rahim and Treasurer Muhammad Dheo Alkhafi.
In his opening remarks, Chairman M. Arsya Fadillah stated,
“Today, we are holding the framework for the APINDO Bengkalis Regional Working Meeting for the upcoming years 2025 and 2026.”
He emphasized that the meeting serves as a platform for open discussion and collective planning.
“We will deliberate on how to execute the APINDO Bengkalis Rakerda effectively and successfully,” he said.
Arsya called for unity and collaboration among members:
“Let us work together to establish the systems and strategies we need to make APINDO Bengkalis better known and more respected throughout the regency. We are strong when we stand together, and when we are united, nothing can disrupt us. But if we are divided, problems will arise—organizations collapse because of disunity and lack of cohesion,” he warned.
Arsya further stressed that APINDO Bengkalis must play an active role in the region.
“We cannot remain mere spectators in our own area. There are many companies operating in Bengkalis Regency, and we must work with them. We must strengthen our unity to achieve our goals—strong foundations are essential to reach our objectives. Companies in Bengkalis must also prioritize local labor in accordance with the regional regulations signed by the Regent of Bengkalis,” he concluded as he officially opened the meeting.
Following the opening ceremony, the Rakerda continued with a plenary session moderated by Muhammad Zaki, including a presentation of the work plan framework by Advisory Board member Sunarno and the formation of commissions.
The plenary session resulted in the establishment of three commissions:
- Commission I, chaired by Rubert Manulang, tasked with collecting data on companies.
- Commission II, chaired by Ali Mujahidin, tasked with mapping organizations, NGOs, and alumni associations.
- Commission III, chaired by Gali Setya Perkasa, focused on APINDO’s involvement in the Bengkalis Wage Council.
