Subang Regent Hopes APINDO Becomes Strategic Partner in Accelerating Industrialization

SUBANG – The 7th District Conference (Muskab) of the District Leadership Board (DPK) of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) Subang officially took place on Thursday (September 25, 2025) at the Sawala Ageung 2 Ballroom, Laska Hotel Subang.
Representing the Chairman of APINDO West Java, Deputy Chair for Organizational Affairs, Andris Sjahrial, underscored that Subang holds enormous investment potential, even at the global level. Its strategic location along the Pantura route makes it increasingly attractive to major corporations—though it also brings its own set of challenges.
“Subang will continue to grow as a key hub for major companies. From APINDO’s perspective, this presents both a challenge and an opportunity. These challenges must be met with the highest level of professionalism, and this is where APINDO Subang’s role is crucial. We hope this Muskab will strengthen APINDO’s position as a strategic partner to the local government,” he stated.
Subang Regent Reynaldy Putra Andita Budi Raemi, S.IP., expressed his appreciation to APINDO members for their contributions to regional development. He emphasized APINDO’s key role in fostering a healthy business climate, boosting investment, and creating new jobs in Subang.
“Subang’s current potential is highly promising. We are moving towards becoming an industrial district. It is therefore essential to work together to create a sound economic climate that genuinely benefits the region’s progress and the welfare of its people. The people of Subang have waited too long for real change, and this is where I need APINDO as the government’s strategic partner,” the Regent stressed.
He also expressed hope that the APINDO Subang Muskab would generate innovative ideas, work programs, and professional, competitive organizational leadership. “Let us make this Muskab a momentum to strengthen our shared commitment to overcoming business challenges and supporting Subang’s development,” he added.
Following his remarks, the Regent officially opened the 7th APINDO Subang Muskab.
During the conference, Asep Rochman Dimyati was re-elected by acclamation as Chairman of APINDO Subang for the 2025–2030 term. This year’s Muskab carried the theme: “Safeguarding Subang’s Industrialization, Strengthening Human Resource Competitiveness, and Embracing Digital Economic Transformation.”
The event was also attended by the Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development of Subang Regency, the Head of the Manpower, Transmigration, Energy, and Mineral Resources Office, representatives from the Cooperatives, MSME, Trade, and Industry Office, APINDO West Java board members, and the outgoing 2020–2025 APINDO Subang leadership.
