Probolinggo APINDO Strengthens Member Relations Through Halalbihalal, Sharing Session Becomes Highlight

KRAKSAAN – The Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO) of Probolinggo Regency continues to foster solidarity among its members through various initiatives.

One such initiative was a Halalbihalal gathering, held to maintain and strengthen member relations. The warm and friendly event took place at Alino Café Kraksaan on Thursday (April 17), attended by board members and company representatives affiliated with APINDO.

More than just a social gathering, the event featured a light discussion session outlining APINDO’s upcoming programs.

A key highlight was the sharing session, where PT Paiton Operation & Maintenance Indonesia (POMI) presented insights into their journey in winning the 2024 Siddhakarya Award.

The Siddhakarya Award is a prestigious recognition presented by the East Java Manpower Office (Disnaker) to companies that demonstrate excellence in employment practices.

During the session, PT POMI shared their strategic processes and initiatives that led to the award, providing valuable insights to fellow APINDO members.

Chairman of APINDO Probolinggo Regency, Rochman Hidayat, welcomed the session and expressed appreciation for the knowledge exchange.

He expressed hope that PT POMI’s experience would inspire other companies in Probolinggo to participate in similar award programs in the future.

"Through this sharing session, we hope more APINDO member companies will be motivated to pursue accolades like the Siddhakarya Award, bringing recognition and pride to Probolinggo," said Rochman, who also serves as the Human Capital, Facility and Community (HCFC) Manager at PT POMI.

He added that such sharing sessions would be scheduled regularly, featuring various companies.

The goal is to serve as an educational forum and a platform for collective learning based on real-world business practices.

“Our hope is that these sessions will offer shared knowledge and best practices, enabling each company to improve its quality and capabilities, ultimately achieving greater success in the future,” he concluded.
