Banjarnegara Regional Secretary Opens Apindo Cup 2025 Tournament

BANJARNEGARA – The Indonesian Employers’ Association (Apindo) Banjarnegara chapter hosted the 2025 Apindo Cup Badminton Tournament at Jaskon Sport Center, Parakancanggah, on Saturday, August 30, 2025.
The event was officially opened by Banjarnegara Regional Secretary (Sekda) Indarto, accompanied by the Head of the Banjarnegara Manpower and Investment Office, the Head of the Central Java Provincial Manpower Supervision Unit for Banyumas Region, the Chairman of Apindo Banjarnegara, and all participating teams of the Apindo Cup 2025.
Chairman of Apindo Banjarnegara, Roshid, expressed his gratitude to all parties who supported and participated in making the event possible.
“This tournament is not only a forum to strengthen camaraderie among Apindo members but also part of the celebration of the 80th Anniversary of Indonesia’s Independence,” Roshid said, as reported by banjarnegarakab.go.id.
Sekda Indarto also welcomed and appreciated Apindo’s initiative in organizing the tournament.
“With the theme ‘Spirit of Independence, Smash of Togetherness’, this event is very relevant as a reminder for us to keep developing ourselves, to learn to accept defeat gracefully, and to celebrate victories with humility,” Indarto remarked.
He further conveyed hopes that the competition would continue to expand in scale in the coming years, fostering a stronger spirit of togetherness among workers, entrepreneurs, and government officials, while reflecting true synergy between the government, labor organizations, and business associations.
The opening ceremony was symbolically marked by the first shuttlecock strike, carried out by the Regional Secretary together with the Chairman of Apindo Banjarnegara.
