APINDO Central Sulawesi Pushes Competitive Business Climate Through 2026 Rakerkonprov

PALU — The Provincial Board of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) Central Sulawesi held its 2026 Provincial Working and Consultation Meeting (Rakerkonprov) at the Milenium Gym Hall in Palu on Saturday (April 25, 2026).
Carrying the theme “Transforming APINDO Central Sulawesi: Strengthening Organizational Structure and Promoting a Competitive Business Climate,” the forum underscored the need for institutional consolidation and a more resilient business environment.
APINDO Central Sulawesi Chair Wijaya Chandra emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration, both with national and international business actors. He noted that APINDO is prepared to act as a bridge between the private sector and government to foster policies that support business growth.
Through the Rakerkonprov, participants are expected to generate strategic ideas, measurable work programs, and a shared commitment to making APINDO Central Sulawesi more robust, relevant, and impactful for the business community.
Meanwhile, APINDO Chair Shinta Widjaja Kamdani, who attended virtually, commended the performance of APINDO Central Sulawesi and expressed hope that the organization would serve as a key driver of regional economic growth through strengthened partnerships.
“Collaboration is key. We cannot move forward alone. Synergy with regional governments, educational institutions, and all stakeholders must continue to be strengthened to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth in Central Sulawesi,” she said.
She added that APINDO Central Sulawesi needs to foster a conducive business ecosystem, encourage investment, strengthen the real sector, and enhance the quality of human resources. APINDO is also expected to function as a constructive bridge between businesses and policymakers.
Representing the Governor of Central Sulawesi, Head of the Industry and Trade Office (Perindag), Richard Arnaldo Djanggola, highlighted the province’s strategic geographic position as a key factor in driving regional economic growth.
He stressed the importance of synergy between government and business actors to maximize this potential, adding that the provincial government fully supports APINDO programs that contribute to regional development.
“The Central Sulawesi Provincial Government remains open to communication with all stakeholders, including APINDO, to jointly strengthen the regional economy in an independent and sustainable manner,” he concluded.
