Discussion Forum for Sustainable Investment Development in Tourism Industry and Creative Economy

In order to increase investment in the sustainable tourism and creative economy industry, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy held the International Tourism Investment Forum (ITIF) in 2024. This year, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy raised the topic of sustainability to emphasize the importance of increasing the economy while maintaining local wealth.

 

The activity was filled with speakers and invitees from various circles from the government, ambassadors, international organizations, business actors and creative industries, to investors to discuss together the developments, challenges, and opportunities in the development of a sustainable tourism and creative economy industry.

On the second day, Mrs. Lishia Erza attended the 2024 ITIF activity as a moderator in a session discussing the investment climate and opportunities, especially in the tourism and creative economy ecosystem. Present as speakers were Mrs. Dini Indrawati Septiani, Director of AVPN Southeast Asia, Mr. Hanung Bramantyo, Director and Owner of Gamplong Studio, Mr. Ivan Chen, President Director of Antarupa Studio, Mrs. Lamtiurida Hutabarat, Lead of IFC Indonesia Infrastructure Team, Mrs. Listyorini Dian Pratiwi, Head of Listed Company Development Division of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, Mr. Ryan Adrian, Managing Director of PT Industri Pameran Nusantara.

 

The discussion was very positive, moderated by Mrs. Lishia Erza, with the conclusion of the importance of increasing awareness and value of copyright of creative industry products, expanding the value chain, and the importance of the government's role in encouraging and supporting industrial development.
