Makassar, March 4, 2025 – In the spirit of togetherness and compassion during the holy month, the Indonesian Employers' Association (APINDO) of South Sulawesi organized an Iftar Gathering, which was combined with the Coordination Meeting for Amaliah Ramadhan 2025. The event took place at the APINDO Sulsel office, located at Jalan Opu Daeng Risadju No. 218, serving as a moment to strengthen ties while preparing for the Amaliah Ramadhan program. This program is scheduled to be held from March 8 to 23, 2025, at the Telkom Building Parking Lot, Jalan Pettarani, Makassar.

A Warm and Friendly Coordination Meeting

The meeting, led by Committee Chair Akhmadi Kamaruddin, accompanied by APINDO Sulsel Chairman Suhardi and Secretary Andi Darwis, was conducted in an atmosphere filled with warmth and camaraderie. In addition to discussing technical preparations, the gathering also served as an opportunity to strengthen synergy in ensuring the success of the initiative to share happiness during this blessed month.

The Amaliah Ramadhan 2025 program includes various social activities, such as communal iftar with thousands of orphans, distribution of gift packages, and a low-cost market, which has become an annual agenda for APINDO Sulsel in collaboration with the Provincial Government of South Sulawesi.

Ensuring Transparency and Smooth Execution

APINDO Sulsel Chairman Suhardi emphasized the importance of proper coordination in distributing food vouchers to thousands of orphans to ensure a more orderly and efficient execution compared to previous years. By evaluating past experiences, the aim is to facilitate a smoother distribution of aid, allowing orphans and donors to enjoy iftar and worship in greater comfort and solemnity.

Meanwhile, APINDO Sulsel Advisor Herman underscored the importance of maintaining cleanliness and security throughout the event. He reminded the organizing committee to ensure that the venue remains conducive and comfortable for all attendees, including venue providers and the wider community.

• Pious Children’s Festival – Featuring religious song competitions and inspiring Ramadan sermons.
