In her remarks, Chairwoman of the APINDO National Leadership Board (DPN), Shinta W. Kamdani, underscored Riau’s strategic role in strengthening the national economy and congratulated the newly inaugurated management.
“Indonesia is currently at a very decisive phase, where its economic strength—as a country with a GDP exceeding USD 1.19 trillion and the world’s 16th largest economy—must be matched by increased productivity, the creation of new jobs, and accelerated industrial transformation in order not to lose growth momentum,” she stated.
She added that APINDO continues to strengthen policy advocacy that directly addresses the real needs of the business sector.
“APINDO seeks to ensure that national-level advocacy directly resolves the concrete challenges faced by businesses in the regions,” she emphasized.
Meanwhile, the Chairperson of DPP APINDO Riau conveyed the commitment of the new leadership to position APINDO as a modern, inclusive, and results-oriented home of collaboration.
