North Maluku Deputy Governor: APINDO Contributes to Driving Regional Economic Growth

Ternate – The Deputy Governor of North Maluku, H. Sarbin Sehe, attended a gathering and iftar event organized by the Provincial Board (DPP) of the Indonesian Employers' Association (APINDO) of North Maluku.
The event took place at the Gamalama Ballroom, Sahid Hotel Ternate, on Tuesday (March 18, 2025), and was attended by the Mayor of Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman, and the Deputy Mayor, Nasri Abubakar.
In his speech, Deputy Governor Sarbin Sehe expressed his appreciation to APINDO for its contribution to supporting economic growth and development in North Maluku.
He emphasized that APINDO plays a crucial role in creating a healthy and sustainable business climate.
"As an organization representing entrepreneurs in North Maluku, APINDO must become more active in building and strengthening the regional economy. This aligns with the mandate of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution, which emphasizes that the national economy must be based on the principles of solidarity and public welfare," stated Sarbin Sehe.
The Deputy Governor also expressed gratitude to Bank Indonesia and the DPP APINDO North Maluku for their continued collaboration in driving regional economic growth and improving community welfare.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of DPP APINDO North Maluku, Gajali Abdul Muthalib, stated that the iftar gathering was not only a religious event during Ramadan but also an opportunity to strengthen relationships between entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders in North Maluku.
"This event serves as a platform for APINDO members to establish communication and synergy with various parties. We hope that this cooperation will continue to grow stronger in supporting regional economic growth," said Gajali.
The event was also attended by various key figures, including the Head of the North Maluku Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, as well as board members and members of DPP APINDO North Maluku.
