APINDO Welcomes an Audience with the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia
Tuesday, 15 October 2024APINDO hosted an audience with the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Thomas Djiwandono, along with the Ministry of Finance delegation on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at the DPN APINDO office in Kuningan, Jakarta.
During the meeting, APINDO presented various inputs, challenges, and recommendations to the Ministry of Finance aimed at boosting Indonesia's economy to a higher level. Several issues, such as ease of doing business, weakening consumer purchasing power, taxation, and deepening of the financial market, were key topics of discussion during the meeting.
In the meeting, Thomas Djiwandono expressed his appreciation for the input and views shared by APINDO. He emphasized that the synergy between the government and entrepreneurs is a key factor in driving Indonesia's economy to greater heights in the future, as both the entrepreneurs and the government share the same vision of fostering higher economic growth for Indonesia than in previous years.
