Optimizing Membership Management: APINDO Conducts Second Batch of Application Training for Three Provincial Boards

Jakarta, May 15, 2025 — Following the successful initial training session, the National Secretariat of the Indonesian Employers’ Association (APINDO) conducted the second batch of its Membership Application Training. This session targeted representatives from the Provincial Boards (DPP) of South Sumatra, Central Sulawesi, and East Kalimantan. The training aimed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of membership data management at the provincial level.
The online training session emphasized the strategic importance of digital tools in streamlining organizational operations. Participants were introduced to key features of the APINDO Membership Application, including member management, invoice generation, and national certification processes. The application is designed to facilitate real-time monitoring of membership data, ensuring transparency and ease of access for both national and provincial boards.
During the session, common challenges were addressed, such as the limited number of Special Members (ALB) in certain provinces, human resource constraints at the district level, and inconsistent data entry practices. To mitigate these issues, the training provided guidelines for regular data updates every two to three months, ensuring that membership records remain current and reliable.
The APINDO Membership Application also features automated reminders for monthly invoices, aiding administrators in managing dues efficiently. This functionality supports the national board in collecting annual data from district boards regarding active members.
Participants were encouraged to familiarize themselves with the application to fully leverage its capabilities.
This second batch of training underscores APINDO's commitment to strengthening its internal systems and enhancing collaboration between national and regional entities.
