Palangka Raya, March 6, 2025 – The Indonesian Employers' Association (APINDO) conducted a socialization event titled "Green Jobs: Advancing Sustainable Development Through Green Jobs Innovation" at the Multipurpose Hall of the State Christian Institute (IAKN) Palangka Raya on Thursday (6/3) from 09:00 to 12:00 WIB.

The event was attended by participants from outside the campus, dozens of IAKN Palangka Raya students, as well as several staff members and lecturers. The Rector of IAKN Palangka Raya, Telhalia, M.Th., D.Th., and the Head of the General Administration, Finance, and Personnel Bureau (AUAK), Dr. Suwarsono, S.PAK., MM, were also present along with their team.

Before the main presentation, the Chairman of APINDO Central Kalimantan, Frans Martinus, S.E., delivered an opening speech. The main topic, "Opportunities for Green Jobs in Indonesia," was then presented by Robertus Robby Julianto, S.T. Following the presentation, an interactive discussion and Q&A session took place.

At the end of the event, participants took a post-test to evaluate their understanding of the material presented. The Rector of IAKN Palangka Raya expressed appreciation for the event.

"We are very grateful for APINDO's presence. Higher education, especially for students who will later enter society, opens up many opportunities beyond their academic field. We encourage students to create job opportunities. Through this collaboration, we can implement future programs. I am optimistic that various work programs will emerge from this initiative. I fully support this event, as it contributes to the advancement of our institution and higher education. Thank you to APINDO," said the Rector in her speech.

This event marks the initial step in the synergy between APINDO and IAKN Palangka Raya in supporting the development of green jobs and sustainable innovation in Indonesia.
