LSP


As a strategic step to further develop APINDO Training Center (ATC), APINDO establishes a Certification Body for Professionals in Industrial Relations in Indonesia (LSP-HII).  The objective of LSP-HII is to certify professionals in industrial relations. This certification is a national legal acknowledgment for competency owned by professionals in industrial relations. ATC and LSP-HII is a channel for APINDO to be directly involved in the Indonesian National Human Capital development.

Vision

To be an excellent LSP which able of serving the needs of Professional Certification in Industrial Relations in Indonesia - of which the credibility is legally recognized both nationally and internationally.

Missions

  1. To develop Professional Certification System of Industrial Relations and Employement;
  2. To develop facilities and infrastructures for Professional Certification of Industrial Relations and Employement;
  3. To develop and apply Professional Certification Quality Standards of Industrial Relations and Employement;
  4. To develop Professional Competence Information System of Industrial Relations and Employement, and
  5. To implement Professional Certification of Industrial Relations.

Objectives

  1. To provide nationally legal recognition for professional qualifications for Industrial Relations Professionals' competency:
  2. The certification is designed to promote professional qualifications and economic values of Certificate Holders of Industrial Relations Profession, and
  3. To provide quality assurance for Certificate Holders of professionals Industrial Relations in accordance to their competence and professional attributes so as to foster self-confidence and pride in their profession, working career, work area and companies.
